• Statement pieces (drops) → drive hype
• Daily Wear (always available) → generate continuous revenue

Result:

• Less dependence on launches
• More stability between drops

Simple shift. Massive impact.



THE PERFORMANCE

Growth came from repetition, not hacks.

• 10+ physical events / pop-ups
• Continuous Instagram activity
• Direct interaction (DMs, stories, feedback loops)
• Content tied to culture (music, cyphers)

Shift observed:

• From posting → to communicating
• From audience → to community

No ad scaling.
Just consistent presence.
